Clinical Nursing Staff
Rosy Alvarez – Patient Surgical Coordinator and Educator, Registered Medical Assistant
Rosy is our Surgical Coordinator. She has worked in the medical field for many years and is very knowledgeable about plastic surgery. She has a warm personality and will guide you through scheduling, preparing for, and recovering from your surgery. Rosy stays busy outside of the office traveling with family and friends.
Renee Barrera – Certified Surgical Technician
Renee graduated at the top of her class as a surgical operating room technician and is eagerly pursuing her career in plastic surgery. She is very happy to be a part of our practice. In her spare time, Renee enjoys spending time with her children and family, going to the beach, and enjoying our local water parks.
Office Staff
Terry Snyder – Office Administrator
Terry is our office administrator and has worked in the medical field for over 25 years. She prides herself on running an organized, friendly office, and she is an expert in insurance reimbursement. Outside the office, Terry enjoys spending time with her grandson and family and is active with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She is passionate about doing her part to help find much needed cures and feels that children should be playing and not fighting cancer.
Angela Stewart – Insurance billing, Assistant to the Administrator, Transcriptionist
Angela is the assistant to the administrator and has worked in plastic surgery practices for over 25 years. She enjoys working with patients to resolve insurance dilemmas and works tirelessly to maximize patient benefits. Angela also transcribes all of our medical records. Outside of work, Angela enjoys her addiction to The Food Network by trying out new dishes on her family and friends. She is an avid dog lover and raises Yorkshire Terriers with her husband of 26 years, Douglas, and their son. She enjoys giving time and energy to her favorite charities – The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and Autism Speaks.
Mary Valley – Front Desk Coordinator
Mary is our front desk coordinator and has worked in the medical field for over 25 years. She has first-hand knowledge of all the procedures offered in our office and is a wealth of information regarding insurance and managing the office schedule. Outside the office, Mary likes to spend time with her family, her granddaughter, motorcycle riding with her husband and likes participating in walks benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Breast Cancer Foundation.
Natalie Haythorn – Receptionist
Natalie is the newest member of our team and is our receptionist. She will be the first person you meet and will put you at ease the moment you walk through the door. She is a third generation native Floridian, and though she is relatively new to the medical field, she is excited about learning the many facets of plastic and reconstructive surgery through our practice. In her spare time, Natalie enjoys being outdoors with family and friends.

Karolina Zisman – Skin Care Therapist
Karolina is our very own European-trained skin care therapist and aesthetician with more than 25 years experience bringing clients the best of the beauty industry. She has had extensive training and study in Kiev, Vienna, Rome, Beverly Hills and Chicago, and now brings her talents to the Palm Beaches. She offers her experience, knowledge, and the latest techniques and products to help her clients look their best.
